Pizza – forbidden in our diet?
Pizza does not have to be off the table when it comes to our diet! How many times have we come back home late at night looking for a quick bite? How many times have we yearned for a pizza and avoided it due to the extra calories?
The thing is we don’t have to be deprived of a tasty pizza once in a while! Especially if we learn how to cook it with the proper ingredients to keep the calories down and our appetite high as ever…
You will need:
1 box of thin crust for pizza (My personal favorite is Pillsbury)
1 small box of barilla napoletana sauce (the tastiest option whenever I cannot make my own sauce)
Low-fat mozzarella
Veggies(my personal favorites: mushrooms, olives, onions and fresh tomatoes)
We can also add some minced meat or chicken or turkey for some extra protein!
In 5 minutes of prep and 10 minutes of cooking for a grand total of 15 minutes, you will have created one very tasty pizza that will keep you full and within your caloric goals!
