Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets and Air Fryer Fries

For the Baked Chicken Nuggets:
 500 gr boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp paprika
 salt and pepper to taste
 2 eggs (beaten)
 cooking spray
For the Air Fryer Fries:
 2 large russet potatoes (cut into fries)
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp paprika
 salt and pepper to taste
 cooking spray
Baked Chicken Nuggets:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine whole wheat breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

Lightly spray the chicken nuggets with cooking spray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Air Fryer Fries:

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)

In a bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).

Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
