Kids Mini Chicken and Veggie Meatballs

 500 gr ground chicken
 ½ cup zucchini (grated)
 ½ cup carrots (grated)
 ¼ cup breadcrumbs
 1 egg
 1 tsp garlic powder
 salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Form small meatballs and place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
