Kids Mini Veggie Frittatas

 4 eggs
 ½ cup milk
 ½ cup spinach (chopped)
 ½ cup bell peppers (diced)
 ¼ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
 salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.

Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.

Add spinach, bell peppers, cheese, salt, and pepper.

Pour mixture into muffin tin.

Bake for 15-18 minutes until set
